Shipping
Orders placed on this site are shipped from our Lower Hutt based warehouse using a tracked courier service.
We expect your cups to get to you quickly and in good condition. Orders will be dispatched within two business days of payment being received. Expected delivery time frames are 1-3 working days for most locations in New Zealand. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for rural addresses or if you are ordering during holiday periods or promotions.
We reserve the right to adjust listed shipping rates for rural deliveries, Islands, or remote locations. Please ask for freight pricing and service levels if you live outside normal urban delivery regions of New Zealand.
Promotions
Any shipping promotions advertised on our retail website do not apply to trade customers.
Tracking
You will receive automated tracking advice once your order has been collected from our warehouse. The tracking advice is sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a tracking email from us.

Tax and Duty
Deliveries outside of New Zealand are shipped on DAP Inco-terms, which means goods may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. If there are import duties or taxes applicable you will be asked to pay these when when are imported into your country. Acme holds no responsibility for any costs, delays, or losses relating to the import of goods into your country.
